Our People
The Family Start team consists of a variety of skilled, reflective, and caring practitioners. Our whānau workers are registered social workers, or other professionals, who come with a broad range of backgrounds in education, child development and counselling, alongside further experience from within many other community/iwi-based roles. Our whānau workers are extremely passionate about what they do and receive ongoing professional development opportunities to ensure they have the best skillset to support whānau experiencing challenging or difficult times.
Our people are our most valuable asset, and we are committed to working together to improve the outcomes of tamariki and their whānau.
